What this site stores about you

Nothing that identifies you. This catalogue sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and embeds no trackers or advertising scripts. There are no accounts, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to delete.

Server logs

The web server records ordinary request logs: the URL requested, the time, the response status, the user agent and the IP address. These are used to keep the service running and to see which pages search engines are crawling. They are not combined with anything else and not shared.

Searches

Search queries are handled in the request and are not stored alongside any identifier. A search results page is marked “noindex”, so your query never becomes a public URL in a search engine.

External links

Purchase links, sample PDFs and publisher reference pages point at other organizations’ sites. Once you follow one, their privacy policy applies, not this one. Cover images may be served from a publisher’s own host, which means that host sees the request.
